Shipping Information


After funds received and cleared, items will be sent to you within 3days. 


All of our products are shipped from Fukuoka, Japan. We use postal service for all our shipping. Estimate delivery time will be 7days to 28days.



Duties and Taxes


Import charges (Duties, Customs tariffs and Taxes such as Value Added Tax, or VAT) are set by the destination country. They are based on the purchased merchandise’s country of origin/manufacturing and the classification of that merchandise and are levied once your package reaches your country. 


You may incur these additional charges. They must be rendered in order for your package to clear custom.


Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s customs policies.



Canceling an Order


Please contact us within 12hours and provide us your information when you check out. Your order can not be canceled after it has shipped.



Return Policy


We offer returns within 14 days of the delivery date.


Please contact us at “Contact Vendor” with your information and product photos. We will assist you through the process. 



Return shipping


Buyer pays for return shipping



In order to protect all customers and ensure that all returns are handled fairly, we may require a proof of your purchase. If you provide us your information when you check out, we will typically have a record of your purchase.


We will refund the purchase price or exchange the products, subject to the following conditions:




  • Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unused with original tags/labels attached and packaging included). 

  • Items must not be customized / personalized items


Refunds will not include the cost of shipping or import charges.


When shipping your return to us, you are responsible for all shipping costs.



Faulty or incorrect Items


If you received a faulty item and the return period has not yet passed, contact us at  Contact Vendor” with your information and product photos and we will assist you through the process.



If you received one or more items that are different than the ones you ordered, we apologize for the inconvenience. Contact us at “Contact Vendor” with your information and product photos and we will  assist you through the process.



If you request an exchange for faulty or incorrect items, we will pay shipping and handling charges for the item we ship to you. After  faulty or incorrect items get back to us, we will proceed with your new item.  Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery of your new item. Please note your country may levy import duties and taxes on any items we ship to you; you are responsible for paying any duties or taxes.



If your request a refund for faulty or incorrect items, we will make a full refund including the original shipping cost and return shipping cost. We will process the refund after we received your returned items. Please also provide us a tracking number and receipt of shipping cost.
